Terms of Sales

These general conditions of sale govern all relations between the company Rand'Eau Canyon represented by Vincent KIRBILLER and its customers concerning the services of canyoning.
Prior to any transaction with Rand'Eau Canyon, the customer acknowledges having read them and expressly declares to accept them even though he is paying by check or bank transfer.

All registration involves:

Adherence to our general conditions of sale.
To know how to swim and not be afraid of water.
To have no medical contraindication to the practice of our activities.
The perfect understanding of the recommendations for practicing the chosen activity. Inquire well before booking.
Anyone making the reservation for one of our activities undertakes to inform all participants of the course and the conditions of participation in it.

BOOKING CONDITIONS: by telephone with the activity specialist guide: 06.51.29.31.79

PAYMENT CONDITIONS: by holiday vouchers, cash or bank card (Visa or Master Card) in full (no payment in installments) before departure.

CUSTOMER CANCELLATIONS:

The balance paid for absent participants will be refunded in full if Rand'Eau Canyon is informed of your cancellation at least 15 days before the date of your activity.
The part of the absent participant remains at 50% if Rand'Eau Canyon is informed of your cancellation 48 hours before the date of your activity.
The part of the absent participant remains due if Rand'Eau Canyon is informed of your cancellation within less than 48 hours before the date of your activity.

You will be asked to pay the balance due from the absent person.

Any cancellation by the customer, due to a case of force majeure will give rise to the reimbursement of the sums paid, as well as to the non-payment of the service. The customer must then provide proof (medical certificate or official document).

This cancellation and reimbursement concerns only the person named above in the supporting document. Exception made for a minor and an accompanying person.

CANCELLATIONS BY RAND'EAU CANYON:

Tendance Canyon reserves the right to cancel or interrupt an outing in the following cases:

Minimum number of participants from a group not reached (minimum 3 participants, unless specific requests)
Meteorological and hydrological conditions (water levels, storms, etc.)
Force majeure and/or for security reasons.

Localized thunderstorms and rains do not in any way lead to the automatic cancellation of the services offered. We advise you to call us in case of doubts.

Your entire service can be refunded or issued in the form of a credit note.

No other compensation can be demanded on the ancillary costs incurred by you following your reservation (accommodation, catering, travel, etc.).

Only the instructor is authorized to cancel the activity.

DIPLOMA:

Vincent KIRBILLER holds the DEJEPS mention sports development, specialty canyoning. This diploma allows the supervision of the canyoning activity against remuneration in all types of canyon. For more details: https://www.creps-rhonealpes.sports.gouv.fr/dejeps-canyonisme

INSURANCE :

Vincent KIRBILLER, canyoning guide is covered by professional civil liability insurance. That is to say, the "Professional Civil Liability" insurance guarantees material, immaterial or bodily damage caused to third parties as a result of errors, faults or negligence with its insurer MAIF.

IMAGE RIGHTS:

Vincent KIRBILLER reserves the right to use the photos and videos taken during their performances to illustrate its brochures, various advertising, social networks and websites, unless the participant decides otherwise, who, if necessary, must expressly stipulate it on plain paper. In accordance with Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms, you have the right to access and rectify or delete information concerning you.

FLIGHTS :

The instructors decline all responsibility in the event of theft or loss of equipment in your vehicle or that of the guide during the activity.
Despite this, we therefore recommend that you only take the equipment necessary for your activities.

MEETING AND DEPARTURE TIME:

The time indicated on your email detailing your activity is the DEPARTURE time in activity.

If you are still not present 15 minutes after the activity departure time, the instructor will leave for the activity without you. In this case, no refund or compensation can be demanded from you.
